Submitting your paper

Manuscript preparation
Prepare a clear account of your research question, methods, experimental results and contribution to the field. The work should be relevant to one or more of the four conference tracks.

The official manuscript template, formatting requirements and submission deadlines will be announced once confirmed.

Submissions will undergo formal peer review. Each paper is intended to be independently reviewed by two to three experts in the relevant research area.

- Methodological soundness
- Relevance to the conference scope
- Experimental validity
- Clarity of presentation
Final acceptance decisions will be made by the Program Chairs and Technical Program Committee based on the reviews. Registration fees do not determine paper acceptance.
